3.1 Phillip Lim's Pre-Fall '18 collection is inspired by naval uniforms, which the designer reworks into feminine new shapes - this skirt riffs on sailor pants. It's cut from asymmetric panels of wool that are skillfully draped and tacked together with silver buttons. It has an exposed zip at the side so you can adjust the length of the slit and a printed reverse that's exposed as you walk.
